I went to a funeral when I was about seven. I can't remember much of it I just remember sitting and listening. I don't remember what I had to were and there are no traditions that I remember either. I didn't even know the guy but my Mum was really close to him.

Black Friday

Black Friday is on Friday the 13th. A big thing on Black Friday is all of the sales. It is also a day of superstition. Some superstition are a black cat crossing your path which could lead to horrible consequences, opening umbrellas indoors which could really hurt someone, a broken mirror which means bad luck for 7 whole years, placing a hat on a bed which means that something horrible will happen to you.

Day with Mrs Gilmore

On Wednesday we had a reliever called Mrs Gilmore. We did all the stuff we usually do in class so it wasn't very different. We did some social dance in first block, Norm Hewitt SPCA talk in second and my band practice in third so I wasn't in class a whole heap.

News item.

Over the weekend three large apes escaped the Christchurch zoo. The zoo zoological manager Rob Hall confirmed that the three apes had escaped and activated the safety procedures. The escape was potentially dangerous so the zoo triggered a full lock down. Within an hour the apes were tranquilized and put back into the safety of their enclosures.

Movie review - Fast and Furious 6

Fast and furious 6 is an action based movie starring Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock and many more. It is directed by Chris Morgan. Fast and Furious 6 is the sixth edition to the Fast and Furious series.

Did Letty really die? Or has she just disappeared? Letty got amnesia and couldn't remember anything not even her own friends! Now she has joined forces with the bad guys and the ultimate team needs to save them. Dominic Torreto, Tej Parker, Brian O'Connor, Han Seoul-Oh, Mia Torreto and Roman peirce are the ultimate team. Spring Poem

Slurping on cold drinks to cool us down.
Picking all the new flowers that grow around your house.
Ripping open a packet of ice blocks.
Inventing things outside and playing with friends.
Nature grows new flowers and plants.
Great time to go outdoors and hang out with friends.
