The 12 Hour Relay Disaster
The look on Mr Scholes face spelled T for trouble. A young child suddenly flew into the air. Gazeboes were torn out of the ground and throwing high into the sky. I looked up in shock as I realized what had come upon us. A cyclone. A cyclone as big as 500 blue whales was right above me. I realized I was doomed there was no getting out of this one. But then I saw the light. No, not the light when your dead, the light seeping through the rugged cyclone slowly splitting it in half. I saw that I had a glimmer of hope. But then as the light grew even more I realized we were all saved. The cyclone completely vanished and now, we were truly saved. It was really an act of god.

Letter to Mr Diver
Dear Mr Diver.
I am writing this letter to explain why your school should have a pool. My first reason is that it would help a lot with swimming sports. Because most kids don't have a pool at home and are to busy or tired to go to the local pool. So a school pool would be a perfect arrangement. Second of all is that in Summer it gets really hot. And if kids get to hot that could affect how they work and their attitude towards school work. It would be so refreshing to hop into a pool that I wouldn't complain about anything. Plus the teachers can hop in if they want. A pool could be a replacement for some of our PE blocks in the Summer. And could be placed infront of room 41 and 42 once the special school is back up and running. But of course it would have a gate around it. Students could just bring their togs to school but change when they finish swimming. Kids shouldn't be allowed to walk around in there togs at morning tea and lunch.

12 hour relay poem
10 houses
2 competitions
huffing and puffing as you continuously run around the track.
optimistic kids socializing while waiting to run.
uncovered talent found at the talent show.
running until you can't feel your legs.
rotating from activity to activity in the fun run.
energy flowing from every kid you see.
late finishing and tired kids.
adrenaline rushing through my body.
yelling at team mates to go harder and run faster.

letter advice.
I've got some older friends (I'm 13 they are 14/15) who have invited me to a party on Saturday night at someone's house. I'm pretty sure everyone there will be drinking. I've never had alcohol before. I'm going to tell my parents I'm staying the night at my friends. I feel quite nervous, cos I know it's bad. What should I do?
What you need to do is tell your parents the truth. If they know the truth then they can help. Because drinking at your age is illegal. And if your friends are doing it then it might be a good idea to find some new ones. Remember Don't get pressured into drinking. It's your decision.

Acting Career:
Why an actor??
Acting is a carer that can take you all around the world. But one of the main places that is really big on acting is Hollywood. Plus acting is super fun and you can meet lots of new people. When I did the production this year I came out of it with loads more friends then I had before. Also lots more people will know your name. Thats right you can’t forget about the fame, and the money!!! If you are trying out to be an actor you should keep a stash of money just incase. Because you don’t want any unpaid bills before your carer even begins.
The main rule of been a successful actor.
If you become successful in an acting carer there is one main rule The Director Is God!!! This means that the director always has the final say in any play or film you are working in. And be sure to share his vision in your character. But there will always be a disagreement between the actor and director. So don’t worry if you do because it’s normal.
Drumming Career:
Why a drummer??
Like an actor a drummer also get to travel the world. Most likely if you are more famous. It is also really fun and is great to bond with your band members. Thats another good thing. You hang out a lot with your band members. If you practice a lot (which you should if you want to be successful) then you would be over at your band members house almost every day or every weekend. Also it can help your creativity by making your own songs which could be very famous!! And who doesn’t like a good song to listen to anyway?
Some tips for being a professional drummer.
Tip #1 Be Unique!
Don’t be afraid to be unique. Try to get out there!!
Tip #2 Accept Criticism.
It’s easy to get knocked down these days but try to take criticism as a positive thing.
Tip #3 Set Your Goals!
Try to have a goal. Like how far you want your music carer to go. Because if you don’t know that it will be considerably hard to become successful.

Letter advice.
I found out my 2 friends smoke. I'm only 13. I don't know what to do. I am really confused. Please help.
What you should do is tell a parent or teacher about this. Even if they are your friends. Because smoking is illegal until you are 18 and it could cause death at a younger age then non smokers. But remember if they offer you a cigarette try say no and delay the decision to smoke until you are older. Delay the decision means to wait until you are mature enough to decide wether you want to get into this or not.

Class A.B&C drugs
Questions and Answers!!!
Class A,B&C drugs are different groups of illegal drugs in the UK.
Class A drugs are proven to be the most harmful of the drug groups. Some of the drugs in this group are heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and LSD. If you a are found guilty for having class A drugs the consequence could be up to 7 years in jail and be fined. But if you decide to sell class A drugs it could end up a life time of being in prison.
Class B drugs include drugs such as speed, barbiturates and cannabis. Some people think since these drugs are in the B grade it is much less serious then the drugs in the A grade. But they were wrong, if the police find out that people have been using these drugs it could cause Imprisonment for up to 5 years. But if you are found producing and and selling these drugs the consequence is being in prison for 14 years.
Class C drugs this class include tranquilizers, valium and anabolic steroids. But remember just because these drugs are in class C dont think that they are not illegal, because they are. If you are caught using these drugs it could cause 2 years of imprisonment and an unlimited fine. If you are caught producing and selling these it could cause 14 years of imprisonment.
